If your Private Information was impacted in the Data Incident involving 700Credit, LLC, discovered on or about October 25, 2025, you may be entitled to benefits from a settlement.

A $17,500,000.00 settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against 700Credit, LLC (“700Credit ”) arising out of a data breach incident that 700Credit detected on or about October 25, 2025, in which an unauthorized third party may have gained unauthorized access to 700Credit’s web application, 700Dealer.com, resulting in potential access to Private Information belonging to Settlement Class Members (the “Data Incident”). Private Information means some combination of Settlement Class members’ names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and/or other personally identifiable information stored within 700Credit’s information technology systems at the time of the Data Incident.

To be eligible to make a claim, you must have received notice via email or postcard in July or August 2026 about the Data Incident that 700Credit detected on or about October 25, 2025.

Under the proposed Settlement, you may be eligible to receive either: (1) reimbursement of ordinary losses up to $2,500; or (2) an alternative cash payment of $50. (These payments are subject to a pro rata adjustment based on all claim submissions received.) To receive a cash payment, you must complete and timely submit a Claim Form.

You can also ask to speak to the Court at the hearing on October 7, 2026, about the fairness of the Settlement, with or without your own attorney.	Postmarked by September 8, 2026.
Do Nothing	Get no payment and be bound by the terms of the Settlement. You will still be eligible for credit monitoring using the activation code on your notice, You cannot use it until the judge approves the Settlement.
